Pacific ICF Inc is a BC supplier of AMVIC ICF and other building insulations, including SILVERBOARD exterior and AMPEX for under slabs and radiant infloor heating.
AMVIC ICF is made in R-22 and R-30 blocks with expanded polystyrene foam from 4″-12″.
SILVERBOARD clads exterior foundations and exterior or wood framed walls with R-5 per inch insulation and retains its insulating properties over time, saving money when compared to other extruded foams.
Under concrete floors, use AMPEX R10- to R-16 which has moisture barrier already on it and is ready for pex tubing quick installation.
Building foundations and basements with ICF is quicker and cheaper than plywood forming. It can be built to the roof for the most energy savings. AMVIC ICF is used for hotels, schools, warehousing tilt ups, commercial, pools, residential, single and multi family construction, high rise buildings.
